Requirements for conference abstracts

Deadline for abstract submission:

July 15, 2018

Language:

Ukrainian, English, Russian

Abstracts:

2500 characters

Ordering process:

  • the title of the abstracts;
  • surnames and initials of authors;
  • institution, city;
  • the text of the abstract;
  • keywords.

Abstract structure:

  • goal;
  • materials and methods;
  • results;
  • conclusions;

Tables, formulas and graphic drawings are not accepted until publication.

Fee for publishing abstracts:

For conference participants, the cost of publication of abstracts is included in the amount of registration fee. If none of the thesis authors participates in the conference, the publication cost is 200 UAH per 1 thesis.

Requirements for reports

Oral report:

  1. Program report - up to 20 min.
  2. Sectional report - up to 10 min.
  3. Discussion of reports - up to 5 min.
  4. Corporate information - up to 10 min.

Speakers: multimedia projector.

Stand report:

  • format pdf;
  • landscape orientation of the page;
  • Calibri font size 18 in 2 columns;

Limitation

One person may be the author of up to 7 abstracts, the first author - 3 abstracts at most.

The final decision on the type of report is taken by the Program Committee of the Conference. The program will be sent to the conference participants from 15 to 25 August 2018.
